Where is the point (-4, 1/2) located in the coordinate plane?
Answer
The coordinates of a point is expressed in the form of (x,y), where x is the x-coordinate and y is the y-coordinate of the point.

Now, we are given (-4, 1/2). Since 1/2 is the same as 0.5, the coordinates of the point is (-4, 0.5). The picture below shows the location of the point on the plane:
